• Keep studying and applying Scripture, growing spiritually, in order to accurately portray God and proclaim His truth. 
  
• Keep learning and growing as a writer in order to make each book written better than the last.
  
• Keep growing as a person, consistently exposing myself to a variety of books, experiences, issue, and points of view in order to enlarge my own point of view, grow my appreciation of those different from me, and stretch my creativity.
  
• Consistently feed my creativity, experimenting and taking creative risks, in order to find unique expressions for my work.
